Healing

Starts Within

Pamela supports clients in their Healing Journey by teaching clients how to heal themselves.

Some of our greatest adventures in life, is the journey to creating healing within ourselves and in our external relationships. Each of us decides, how we chose to create that healing and who we want as our support through that journey. Pamela has worked with all ages from small children to geriatric, couples, and their families to support their healing process.

Healing ourselves and having healthy relationships is a process and can be a lot of work. Building trusting relationships with a therapist is essential and has a beautiful healing component in a person’s therapeutic journey.

“Healing is the ability to experience a more flexible nervous system, have more self-awareness and self-regulation; where you can stay regulated and connected but open while being in discomfort”

~Toni Herbine-Blank
